Registering for our auctions

Registration is simple and easy online. For yours, ours, and your fellow bidders protection a valid credit card will be needed to register. After clicking the "view auctions" tab you will be redirected to our auction website where you can click the login/new bidder link and complete registration.A 14% buyers premium will be added to all winning bids plus 6% KY sales tax. Tax exempt customers can have sales tax waved by providing resell certificate. All items need to be picked up within our two pickup days. Items not picked up those days will be resold for a storage fee Bluegrass Bids will keep. We will have preview at our location located at 5001 Park Central Avenue (White Building) A valid credit card will need to be used to bid on our auction. You can choose to pay cash upon pickup by letting the auction house know prior to your card being charged. When registering click “notes to auctioneer” and specify if you will be paying cash or check or we will use the card on file for payment All items are sold as is but refunds will be given for non working electrical items and items not as described.
