All items are absolute. After the starting bid, items will sell to the highest bidder. 

• Your card on file will be charged only for won purchases unless you inform us you will be a cash only buyer.
• Pick ups must be made within the designated pick-up dates and times. Items cannot be placed on hold and is subject to restock without refund. Bluegrass Bids reserve the right to deny any late pickups. 
• Arrangement for pick up at a later date can be made by contacting management.
• You may send someone other than yourself to pick-up your won items.
• Please call the phone number (859)241-1007 when you arrive in the back of our building to pick up.
• You may provide a valid resale certificate to have the sales tax removed. No resale certificate is required to bid.
• We do test and validate items we sell to the best of our ability. Our customers are our number one priority, and we strive to provide an exceptional bidding experience. 
• Any item that is in non-working condition, defective or damaged can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt.

 

Items not as described or otherwise damaged items not stated in item description-can be returned For up to 14 days after purchase, just provide your receipt and for most products, we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment. To be fair to our customers who are reasonable with their returns, we verify that all returns are valid. Returns may be limited or denied based on our return authorization system & a database of consumer activity that a third party uses to track purchases/returns and to authorize or deny returns to help protect against excessive, fraudulent or otherwise not permitted returns. You may be required to present a valid photo ID that may be retained in a secure, encrypted database, where permitted by law. Bluegrass Bids RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURN.
